Refund policy

Please Read Carefully 
  • We CANNOT accept returns for sale items, swimwear, exchange orders or orders placed using gift cards.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must request your return through email within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • For orders under $100, you will be returned the full price of the item minus shipping charges.
  • For orders OVER $100, items can be returned for FREE
  • Refunds will go back to the ORIGINAL form of payment ONLY.
  • To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at management@wearblurry.com with the subject line [RETURN] and request your return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address within the 14 day window:

  • Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • We're happy offer returns if you're dissatisfied for any reason with our product, however, if we detect any abuse of our policy, at our discretion, we reserve the right to decline your return request. 
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If you do not report any damages and your item is returned to us with defects, you will not be eligible for a return. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear (for hygiene reasons), sale items, or items not purchased directly from our online store at wearblurry.com. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
To avoid exchanges please refer to our size guides available on each product page! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to make an exchange, please read carefully.
  • All sale items are final and not eligible for exchange.
  • Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days after you receive the product and no longer thereafter.
  • Items must not demonstrate any significant signs of wear or wash and be exchanged with their original tags or else you will not be eligible for an exchange.
  • FOR ALL EXCHANGE ORDERS we will cover the cost of the item sent back to us but you are responsible for the shipping costs related to the new order.
  • If you'd like to exchange an item, please send us an email at management@wearblurry.com with the subject line [EXCHANGE]. Please note that exchange orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
